Standard Delivery* - 3 to 5 working days £3 and free for orders over £30

 

Express Delivery* - 1-2 days £6

With customers all around the world, we are happy to send our products to anywhere that has a letterbox. We can ship orders to PO boxes in the US and Canada too via the regular shipping option.

 

While we always dispatch your order within 1 working day from Melbourne, Australia, we can’t directly control the delivery times.

As a general rule, assume that regular post will take 3–7 working days within Australia and 10–15 working days for the rest of the world. Express post generally takes 1–2 working days within Australia and 3–5 working days for international orders.

If you live down a donkey track in Tuana Tuva, please allow a little bit extra.

COVID-19 and Shipping Times Impact
Due to the current global situation with regards to COVID-19 our carrier pigeons might have a harder time than usual getting your order out with their usual swiftness. 📦🚢
As such, we wanted to update everyone on what to expect when it comes to arrival times and operations at OTAA;

                         

  

We are shipping out orders daily ðŸ“¦â›µ

-         We are experiencing delays with some of our orders however this has luckily not been an issue across the board. We would encourage customers to keep the possibility of a delay in mind (especially for time sensitive orders) but the usual shipping times can still be used as a basic guide to what to expect from shipping. ⛵

return & exchange policy

Please contact us immediately if you want to exchange or return an item.

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving them

Unfortunately, we cannot accept and process refunds for items returned after the 14 days has elapsed. Please write your order number on the outside of the package with your name. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

Please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the items in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel. We cannot accept the liability for items lost in transit

We aim to process a requested exchange or a replacement within 7 working days of receiving your returned items and this will be delivered via standard delivery​

PROCESSING REFUNDS

We aim to process refund for returned items within 14days from the day we receive the item
